How do I become a member?

As soon as you’ve registered an account, you are enrolled into Represent Prestige. By creating a Represent account you are also opting into marketing and prestige communication. 

How do I redeem my points?

Each time you make a purchase at Representclo.com visit the Redeem Points page and redeem your lifetime reward.

This code will be automatically generated onscreen ready for you to copy and paste into the promo code box on the checkout page. 

What are points pending?

Pending points for 20 days to take into account returns and any other unforeseen circumstances and return windows. 

Can I drop to a lower tier?

Members cannot be demoted from a tier if they redeem points which takes them below a tier threshold. Once you rank up a tier you will never drop back down below that tier you have earned.
